You are receiving this email regarding your parking transactions made between May 23 and July 18, 2023. Due to a technical error in our billing process, the parking transactions made have not been processed. This means that we could not charge these amounts and did not send an invoice.
The outstanding amount will be processed within a few days and transmitted to your bank for payment. On this invoice and in your Yellowbrick account, you can find the details of the parking transactions not invoiced for this period.
We understand that this is unexpected and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Information about the outstanding amount and the corresponding parking transactions can be found in the Yellowbrick app or the My Yellowbrick environment. Here, you can view your parking transactions and see the most recent invoice. To do so, navigate to ‘My Parking Actions’ or ‘Payments’.
