  • How do I switch from a private account to a professional account?

    Are you embarking on the great adventure of entrepreneurship? It’s time to switch your Yellowbrick account! Here’s how to do it:

    -Delete your private account and create a new professional account.-If you wish to keep your private account, you must use a different email address and phone number for your professional account.
  • How can I update my company information ?

    To ensure that you have the correct information on your invoices, you can change your information in ‘My account’, then ‘Company information’.You can also enter specific billing information in ‘Payments’, then ‘Invoice settings’.
  • How do I add users to my Yellowbrick account?

    You need to go to ‘Fleet’ to add users, and stay on the ‘Fleet members’ tab. You can then add an employee by clicking on ‘Add Fleet Member’.Once they have been added, your users will receive an email at the address you provided to complete their registration. We recommend that you give them plenty of notice so that they don’t miss the email.Before adding a user, check that you are entitled to do so in ‘Fleet parking eligibility’. The number of parking rights purchased must be equal to or greater than the number of users.
