  • How do I sign up for Yellowbrick?

    It’s great that you want to become a Yellowbrick customer!

    Register easily using this link. During registration, you can sign up with Facebook, Google, or your email address. It is also possible to create a business account.

    With Yellowbrick, you can choose the pricing plan that best suits your parking habits. You can either pay per transaction with the Basic plan or opt for a €3 per month Unlimited subscription.

  • I forgot my password.

    If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password” on the login screen. Enter the email, phone number, or customer number you used when creating your Yellowbrick account. You will receive an email allowing you to create a new password.
  • I can’t validate my account. What should I do?

    You may encounter issues when verifying your email address. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

     
    1. the confirmation email may have landed in your spam folder. We recommend checking there if you haven’t received it.
    2. there may be a slight delay in the process, so we suggest waiting a few minutes for the email to arrive.

    If, after some time, you still haven’t received either the SMS or the email, please contact our customer service. They will resend the code or email to you.

  • What should I do if I don’t receive the email to reset my password?

    The email may have landed in your spam folder, so please check there after requesting the reset link. There may also be a slight delay between the request and receiving the email, so we ask for your patience. If you still haven’t received the link after some time, you can contact customer support for assistance. Please note that to request a password reset link, your account must be associated with an email address.

  • I receive an error message when opening the app. What should I do?

    If you experience issues when opening the app, here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem.

    1. Check if you have the latest version of the app installed. If not, update the app and try opening it again.
    2. Fully close the app. This means not just exiting but closing it completely from the multitasking screen.
    3. If the issue persists, uninstall the app from your phone. Then, reinstall it and log in again.

    This should help resolve any app opening issues.

    If the app still doesn’t open after following these steps, we recommend contacting us.
  • How do I cancel my account?

    It’s unfortunate that you wish to unsubscribe from Yellowbrick!

    You can easily cancel your account and delete your data via the app or the My Yellowbrick environment. If you pay per parking session, your account will be terminated immediately. For subscribers, a notice period applies, and your account will be permanently closed the following Monday.

    How to proceed:

    1. Open the app or the My Yellowbrick environment and go to the “My Account” section.
    2. Click on your name or “Personal information”.
    3. Here, you can easily select “Delete Account.”
    4. You will receive a confirmation notification for the deletion.
    5. Once your cancellation is confirmed, this action cannot be undone.

    If you no longer wish to pay a fixed monthly amount, you can simply switch your subscription instead of deleting your account. This allows you to keep your account while stopping the monthly payments. The subscription can be switched to the Basic plan, where you pay €0.35 per transaction only when you park. You can manage this change yourself via the app or the My Yellowbrick environment.

    How to change your plan:

    1. Open the app or the My Yellowbrick environment and go to “My Account.”
    2. Click on “Products and Services.”
    3. Then select “Service rate plan”
    4. On this page, you can simply choose the Basic plan.
    5. A confirmation notification of the plan change will appear.
    6. Once confirmed, the change will take effect the following Monday.
