How to log in:

• Go to My yellowbrick

• Click the login button at the top right

• Then use the menu to perform actions

You can set up free parking reminders via push notifications or email. This means you will receive a reminder as a push notification or an email before your parking session ends. If you select the SMS reminder option, a fee of €0.25 per SMS will apply.

How to set up parking reminders:

1. Open the app or the My Yellowbrick environment and go to the “My Account” section.
2. Click on the “Preferences” tab.
3. Then select the “Parking session reminder” tab.
4. Here, you can choose how you want to receive parking reminders. You can also specify the time at which you would like to receive them.

You can easily update your information in the app or in the My Yellowbrick environment. Follow these steps to modify your personal and contact details:

1. Go to “My Account” via the app or the My Yellowbrick environment.
2. Click on your name at the top of the screen to access your contact details.
3. If you want to update personal information, click on “Personal information”

In addition to personal and contact details, you can also modify vehicle details, payment methods, pricing plans, and preferences via “My Account.”
