  • How do I change or insert a payment method in the app?

    To change or insert a payment method, go to “My account”, then “Payments”, then “Payment details”.When you insert a debit card into our system, an amount of €0.02 is reserved. This is a security measure designed to check the creditworthiness of an account. The amount is not debited but simply reserved. You should see this amount disappear from your account in the next few days.
  • Where can I find my invoices in the app?

    Your invoices can be downloaded at any time from the app by going to “My Account”, then “Payments”, and finally “Invoice History”.
      1. On iOS, tap directly on your invoice number, then select “PDF” to download invoices.
      2. On Android, tap the three dots to the right of your invoice number, then select “PDF”.
  • What parking rates are offered by Yellowbrick?

    Yellowbrick’s parking rates may vary depending on the region and the parking location. The app provides information about the parking rates before you start your transaction.
  • What payment methods are accepted by Yellowbrick?

    Yellowbrick accepts the following payment methods:

    • Direct debit: Yellowbrick also offers the option to pay via direct debit. You can authorize Yellowbrick to withdraw the due amounts directly from your bank account.

    • Invoice payment (on request, for businesses): Yellowbrick provides businesses with the option to pay by invoice. You’ll receive a detailed invoice for the services used, and you can pay by bank transfer or according to the terms agreed with Yellowbrick.

  • What should I do if I forgot to end my parking session with Yellowbrick?

    If you forgot to end your parking session with Yellowbrick, follow these steps to resolve the situation:

    1. Stop the session as soon as possible: As soon as you realize the mistake, open the Yellowbrick app on your smartphone and stop the parking session by tapping the corresponding button. This will end the ongoing transaction and help avoid additional charges.
    2. Set up reminders: To prevent future forgetfulness, use the reminder features available in the Yellowbrick app. You can set up reminders via SMS, push notifications, or emails to remind you to stop your session on time. These reminders will help you track your parking sessions and avoid unintentional overcharges.
